- Use sugar to exfoliate your face. Get organic sugar at the grocery store and keep it in a small container in the shower. Gently exfoliate your face, using circular motions with your finger tips. For a deeper exfoliator use sea salt.
- Use coffee grounds to exfoliate the body. If using just coffee grounds is to rough on your skin, you can add an oil to make it smoother. More cost effective: exfoliate with your used coffee grounds.
- Put oatmeal in your bath. Oatmeal is great for soothing and protecting the skin. It reduces skin irritation and itchiness. It also makes the skin very soft.
- Lemon juice. Lemon juice has amazing properties that give great benefits to the skin. Benefits include: diminishes scars and age spots, heals acne, exfoliates and removes black heads. Straight lemon juice can be irritating on the skin, dilute it with water first before using. You can also add lemon juice to sugar or sea salt to make an exfoliator for your face.
- Vitamin E oil. If you have normal/dry skin apply vitamin E oil at night before bed for a deep moisturizing treatment. I picked up this one at my grocery store for less than $10.

Love these tips! Thank you so much for sharing! :) I’m definitely going to try out the sugar and coffee as exfoliates and the oatmeal and lemon ideas sound great too! :) xx
